Stevie alla Bottega is Santa Gertrudis’ neighborhood Italian bakery and restaurant, open inside the former Bottega il Buco.

The restaurant serves house-made focaccia and sourdough, sandwiches, farm-fresh vegetables and salads, crudos, house-made pastas, and more. Stevie alla Bottega also features an extensive wine list and artisan cocktail menu. Lunch and dinner are available inside with a view of the open kitchen or outside on the terrace.

The sourdough bread program was developed and taught by the legendary Chad Robertson of Tartine Bakery in San Francisco, California—arguably America’s most famous and important bakery.

Stevie alla Bottega is owned and operated by Stevie Benanty. A longtime visitor to Ibiza, Stevie and her family recently relocated from London to pursue her dreams of inviting all of her new and old friends to eat at her dining table together. Stevie was born and raised in New York City, the third generation of a storied music business and nightlife family, who were also obsessed with food. Because she grew up in an Italian-American family that spent every Saturday morning shopping in half a dozen different specialty stores and markets, always on the hunt for the best of the best, Stevie intrinsically understands the critical combination of quality ingredients, easy conversation, and lots of loved ones gathered together.
